Lori Aks Rosenberg Golden Pearl Swirl Charm with Squiggle Link

The Golden Pearl Swirl Charm is a one of a kind piece from the Lori Aks Jewelry 2024 Crinkled Spiral Collection.
This organic curving charm  (20 x 25 x 6 mm) was hand carved in wax and cast into sterling silver using the lost wax method. I hand finished it with 24K Gold using the Keum-boo method and used patina for contrast and depth. An 8mm pearl sits at the center. The charm is connected to my signature Squiggle Link (25 x 10 x .2 mm) in textured oxidized sterling silver. The link can slip easily over any chain, a strand of pearls or leather cord for a variety of styling choices.
The Crinkled Spiral is an emblem for personal growth suggesting that the process of self discovery is full of twists and turns culminating in accumulated wisdom symbolized by a centering pearl. My signature squiggle links are the connectors seen in many of my collection’s pieces sending the wearer a wish for secure attachment in their relationships.
 
In response to the devastating fires in Los Angeles 100% of the proceeds from this charm will be donated to the LA Fire Department Foundation and Mutual Aid LA.
